Did you ever go out to dinner and order your burger medium-rare and have the waitress tell you it had to be cooked med-well or well? That's because the meat for the average restaurant hamburger comes from over 50 different animals from around the world! So the meat has to be well done to make sure it is safe for you to eat. If you have a Peppermint Fields burger, you can cook it any way you like it! It's from one safe, perfectly raised, domestic animal. We are proud to use Peppermint fields beef and plan on using more of it in the near future. It is delicious and it's great to know there is a product like this available. We reccommend reading "Fast Food Nation" to learn more about the meat you eat and why this superior product is a gift to the consumer.
